Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Delivery Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all rules, obligations, and rights regarding the delivery of products and services provided by Kral PetShop (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon their publication on the website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the latest version of the terms available on the website at the time of the order.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND LEGAL VALIDITY
The Company will not process or begin the delivery process for any order until all necessary approvals are obtained. For the order to be confirmed, the payment transaction must be fully and correctly completed. In the case of insufficient payment, missing information, or delays, the order may be canceled, and the delivery process will not commence. The Company reserves the right to reject processing the order until the payment is complete. The order becomes legally valid only when the customer provides correct and complete address and communication details.
3. DELIVERY TIME, DELAYS, AND OBLIGATIONS
The Company makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of the customer’s order. However, Kral PetShop targets a delivery time of 3-7 business days, but delivery times may vary due to factors such as the shipping company used, weather conditions, traffic issues, force majeure, and other external factors. The Company does not guarantee a specific delivery date and shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by these factors. In case of delivery delay, the Company will notify the customer and attempt to provide an alternative solution. However, the Company has no obligation to provide compensation for any damages resulting from delays.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the Company will inform the customer and attempt to find an alternative solution. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages caused by failure to deliver, unless the failure is directly caused by the customer’s actions.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS, ADDRESS CHANGES, AND INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Kral PetShop is not responsible for verifying the correctness of the address provided by the customer. If the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect, incomplete, or faulty address details, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Address change requests can only be made before the order is processed. Once the order is processed, address changes will not be accepted, and any issues arising from incorrect addresses will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. DELIVERY FEES, ADDITIONAL FEES, AND OBLIGATIONS
Delivery fees vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order, as well as the shipping company’s pricing policies. Kral PetShop reserves the right to offer free delivery during certain promotional periods or campaigns. However, once these campaigns expire, standard delivery fees will apply. Delivery fees will be clearly stated during the order process.
In addition to the delivery fee, the customer is also responsible for any other applicable fees (customs taxes, shipping insurance, etc.). These fees may change throughout the delivery process. The Company is not responsible for any increase in such fees.
6. DAMAGED PRODUCTS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY RIGHTS
The customer is obligated to inspect the products carefully upon delivery. If the product is damaged or incomplete, the customer must immediately report the situation to the Company by filling out a report with the delivery personnel. If no report is created, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
The customer has the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 business days from the date of delivery. However, Kral PetShop does not accept returns for opened or used products. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. The returned product will be inspected by the Company, and if it meets the required conditions, it will be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are only valid for products that are in their original packaging and have not been used. The Company does not accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered due to use.
7. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, SHIPMENTS, AND CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
Kral PetShop currently only ships within Turkey. No international deliveries are made. However, special agreements may be made for international customers. In such cases, the customer is responsible for customs procedures, taxes, and other costs. The Company does not take any responsibility for international deliveries.
8. FAILURE TO DELIVER AND FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of products due to force majeure events. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, strikes, fires, accidents, power outages, internet infrastructure issues, and similar external factors. In such cases, Kral PetShop shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver, and the customer acknowledges this.
The Company may provide an estimated delivery date in case of force majeure, but it cannot guarantee the exact time.
9. LEGAL SITUATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
By accepting these Terms, the customer acknowledges that in the event of any dispute regarding delivery, the Company reserves its legal rights and authority. The Company is not responsible for any errors made during the delivery process unless the error is detected and reported by the customer.
After the delivery of the product to the customer, the Company is not responsible for the use, maintenance, or safety of the product. Proper use and care of the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These delivery terms replace any previous agreements and will be binding upon the customer once published on the website. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms without informing the customer directly. The customer agrees to be bound by the latest version of these terms available on the website.
In case of a dispute regarding these terms, the customer agrees to resolve the dispute under the jurisdiction of the local courts where Kral PetShop is located.
