1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At Kral Petshop, we care about customer satisfaction while strictly complying with hygiene and legal standards. For this reason, our return procedures are subject to specific conditions and limitations.


2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following categories:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats

  • Packages that are unsealed or damaged

  • Litter boxes, cat litter, pet beds, toys (due to hygiene regulations)

  • Aquarium items (filters, motors, fish food, etc.)

  • Live animals (birds, fish, rodents, etc.)

These items are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect, supported by a valid technical report.


3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The original invoice must be included

After receiving the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days.


4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your package is damaged, incomplete, or includes wrong items:

  • File a damage report with the delivery agent upon receipt

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Providing photos or videos helps speed up the process

We offer free replacement or full refund for defective items.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by Kral Petshop

  • For personal reasons (e.g., "I changed my mind"), return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

  2. Repack the item securely with the invoice

  3. Ship the package using the instructed courier service

  4. Refund will be issued after inspection


7. LIVE ANIMAL SALES

For live animals, health and vitality are confirmed upon delivery. Post-delivery conditions, including environmental or care-related issues, are not covered under our return policy.
