Distance Sales Agreement

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of products presented by Kral Petshop on the website www.kralpetshop.com.tr, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations.

2. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement enters into force once the BUYER confirms the order electronically. By approving this agreement, the BUYER agrees to pay for the product(s) ordered.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS

The type, brand/model, quantity, price, and payment details of the product(s) ordered are listed in the order summary approved by the BUYER. Detailed descriptions and specifications are available on the respective product pages.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER.

  • Delivery shall be completed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on stock and product type.

  • Delivery is handled via courier services. If stated during the order, shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

  • The BUYER must inspect the product(s) upon delivery. Damaged or tampered packages must be reported immediately to the courier.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods offered by the system.

  • The order is processed only after successful payment.

  • The BUYER confirms that the provided payment information is accurate.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty.

  • The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale.

  • The invoice and return form must accompany the returned product.

  • Unless otherwise specified, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER.

  • The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

    • Perishable goods or those with a short shelf life

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Opened packages of food, vitamins, grooming products, or any hygienic item

7. RETURN PROCEDURE

  • In the case of a valid withdrawal, the product price shall be refunded within 14 days through the same payment channel.

  • Refunds are made only after the returned product is received and verified.

  • The BUYER must return the item in original packaging and with all components included.

8. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

  • Defects must be reported within 6 months from the date of delivery.

  • In case of a defective product, the BUYER may choose one of the following remedies:

    1. Return the product and request a refund

    2. Request a replacement product

    3. Request free repair

    4. Request a price reduction proportional to the defect

9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

  • Kral Petshop processes the BUYER’s personal data in compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

  • Personal data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

  • Email and phone data may be used for marketing or communication purposes, and the BUYER may opt out at any time.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond the SELLER’s control, such as war, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, transportation blockages, or infrastructure failures, are considered force majeure. The SELLER may suspend obligations in such cases.

11. COMPETENT COURT

In the event of any disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the BUYER's jurisdiction shall be competent in accordance with the monetary thresholds set by the Ministry of Trade.

12. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement becomes effective upon electronic confirmation by the BUYER. Both parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions.
